2. Delivery
Delivery of standard items without a unique design is delivered within 2-4 business days.
Delivery of items with unique designs is delivered within 20-25 business days
2.1 Out of stock and delivery failure
AP Helmet Design ApS always strives to deliver as quickly as possible. Should there be any
problems such as out-of-stock items or delivery failure, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and together
find a solution – either by crediting the order or helping to find an alternative product.
3. Payment
You can pay with:
- Dankort
- VISA
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
- Klarna – Buy now. Pay later. (8.75 DKK + 2.10% of the purchase amount)
- Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased directly on the webshop and can be used to pay for goods.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If problems arise with the selected payment method, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss an alternative payment method.
We may suggest changes to the payment method in the event of technical errors, suspected fraud or non-payment, but such changes will only take place with your consent.
If we cannot reach an agreement or if you do not consent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order under the circumstances mentioned. In case of suspicion of fraud, we may request further verification of your payment details.
4. Shipping
AP Helmet Design ApS ships goods with:
- PostNord
- Bring
- DAO
- UPS
- DHL
The shipping price and delivery time are stated when ordering and depend on the size and weight of the product.
We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location.
5. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on specially designed items. This is because all our products are personally designed and customized for the individual customer. The design is always sent to the customer for approval before the product is produced and delivered. By accepting the design, the customer accepts the purchase.
For non-designer goods, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the goods.
6. Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a written notice via email informing us that you wish to return the item.
Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt and in original packaging.
You must pay the return shipping yourself. If the item is damaged during return shipping, you are liable for the loss.
Returns must be made directly to our address. We do not pick up packages at parcel shops.
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the full amount for the item.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We do not refund shipping costs.
7. No right of withdrawal on specially designed goods
No right of withdrawal applies to:
- Custom-made items, including personally designed helmets, suits, neck warmers and helmet bags.
- Damaged impregnation fluids.
8. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase.
9. Right of complaint
Complaints must be made no later than 1 week after receipt of the goods. Errors and deficiencies must be pointed out immediately. Complaints must be made by contacting e-mail: mail@aphjelmdesign.dk .
