All products from AP Hjelm Design are manufactured according to the customer’s individual wishes and specifications. Therefore, the products are covered by the exception in the Consumer Contracts Act regarding custom-made goods, and there is no 14-day right of withdrawal once the design has been approved and production has begun.
Use this form to withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period. You do not need to log in, and you do not have to give a reason. After submitting you will receive a receipt on screen and by e-mail.
